Our small-group sessions in Crouch End help you build lasting strength, boost energy, and move with confidence — whatever your starting point.

Each 45-minute class is resistance-based and tailored to all fitness levels. Numbers are kept small for plenty of coaching and encouragement in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
